Dr. Lazarte is a graduate from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, where he

obtained a bachelor degree in Microbiology and Organic Chemistry. He continued

his education at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska,

where he graduated with honors. He pursued an Internal Medicine residency at the

same institution. Dr. Lazarte enjoys the challenge of taking care of chronically ill

patients and believes that everyone deserves excellent care. For this reason,

Dr Lazarte founded Basis Internal Medicine where his dedication and commitment

to excellence has been able to flourish. Dr. Lazarte lives in Eagle, Idaho and is

actively involved in his community and enjoys spending time with his wife and

children.
